Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Barefoot Jamaica. Each item you order is custom made just for you — which means it’s printed on demand and created only once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of heart. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

Please read our full return and refund policy below:


🔁 All Sales Are Final

Since all products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or style

  • You changed your mind after the order was placed

  • The item doesn’t fit or look as expected

We provide detailed sizing guides and product information to help you make the best choice before purchasing.


🚫 Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • A clear photo of the issue (e.g., damage, misprint, or wrong item)

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

We will then investigate the issue and, if approved, send you a replacement item at no additional cost. In some cases, we may issue a refund instead of a replacement, depending on the circumstances.

📬 Returns & Shipping

Because of our made-to-order model:

  • We do not accept physical returns.

  • Returned items sent to us or to our fulfillment partner will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


📏 Sizing Guidance

We know fit matters! Please review the detailed size charts provided on each product page before purchasing. If you’re unsure or in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

If you need assistance before ordering, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help you make the right choice.


🔄 Cancellations and Changes

We start production quickly to get your order to you faster. Because of that:

  • Cancellations or changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • After that, the order is in production and can no longer be altered or refunded.


🌍 Shipping Issues

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll help you resolve it.

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local post office or delivery provider. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for items marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Shipping delays due to carriers, weather, or customs are out of our control.
